Didn't get complete order
Ordered the 30 pack of ZYN 6mg and also ordered a 5 pack of Velo Coffee 4mg. Received the Zyn but did not receive the Velo even though it shows on the picking slip. With Prilla raising the price of the Zyn even higher than my last order, and UPS taking an additional 5 days to deliver from their original delivery date, it's now just cheaper and easier to just buy it local. Will not be purchasing from Prilla again.

Wasn't sure, but your Original is now my favorite pouch. I don't need flavour, but I also note that your flavors are nice and mild. Less is definitely better.

Awful Experience and Terrible Customer Service
My experience with Prilla has been nothing short of a nightmare. I ordered the White Fox All-White Slim, only to receive a completely different product (Siberia Slim) by mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they made me jump through hoops just to fix their error, demanding that I return the wrong item before they’d issue a refund. To make things worse, the product I actually ordered was out of stock, leaving me with nothing but wasted time and frustration. If they didn’t have the White Fox in stock, why was it even listed on their website? I can’t believe how poorly this was handled. Most companies would send the correct item immediately or at least offer compensation, but not Prilla. They didn’t even try to make up for the hassle. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your time, money, and energy,,shop elsewhere!

Not Prillas fault but my order never came. Fed ex came by 3 times and no one was home so they gave up. 🤷:male_sign:
