Service was excellent as I ordered the same size I already enjoyed in another Snow Peak garment, but this one was too big. Despite it being a final sale they were very understanding and allowed me to return it. Unfortunately you are sold out of my proper size. I will look for it either when I am in Japan later this year or try to find a used one on Ebay.

We love our camping bucket. We find it very useful for washing dishes and using as a bucket to do laundry for long camping trips. superb material as expected from Snow Peak.

Had a chance to test out my tent yesterday and it’s solid, through and through. Comes with everything you need, including stakes, adjustable guy lines and even the poles for extending the rain fly into an awning. They weren’t kidding about the breezy part. With four doors, one on each side, and two vents on top, this can become a screen house. I also like how the front and back doors allow roll up of just the bottom to allow breeze to flow through. Mesh bags on each side inside, plenty of space to stand up. The slanted back does take some interior room but it’s worth it for its wind resistance. Amazing quality materials throughout, from the polished, anodized and color coded poles to the exterior toggles, this tent feels like it’s built to last. Not the easiest to set up solo but definitely doable. The interior mat is very plush, makes sleeping on the floor much better. The tent is heavy, but that’s because it’s made of thick, quality material. Get it!

I loved the products but customer service may need to focus more and listen to the customer's problem more closely. I sent pictures twice to show what item was missing, knowing the name of the product. The customer service sent a wrong item that they thought was right in the beginning anyway. I am sure they did not take a look at the images.
