We ordered snorkel gear for our whole family a few years ago and found Snorkel-Mart to be very friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and the products great. At that time, my husband was guided through the process of getting prescription lenses which he has been very happy with. Because of our good experience I went back to them recently to get help in ordering prescription snorkel goggles for myself, and again I was very impressed with the friendly, professional, and knowledgable help I received. The order was completed promptly. The person we chatted with gave great suggestions. My wife had a prescription with slight astigmatism that we could use the formula given for standard diopter lenses that give her good vision. The price seemed very good for the quality of the masks/snorkel/ fins along with a nice tote bag. We will be trying them out in the Florida keys next month.

Planned trip to Hawaii and my 13yr old was determined to wear contacts which would allow him to wear a snorkel mask. We waited way too long to recognize we needed a plan B. 4 days before we took off, we googled ‘prescription snorkel mask’ and checked out Snorkel Mart. They were so helpful on the phone to confirm we could get the mask in time or ship to our destination if needed. The ordering process was fast and easy! Their confirmation email was personalized, fun, and set me at ease that we were taken care of. We got the mask before we left. We’ve been in Hawaii now for 5 days and the mask has been a God send! My son has thanked us 20 times for finding it and has used it almost every day. I wanted to start swimming for exercise, since it is said to be the best low impact cardio exercise there is, even better than cycling. But lap lane swimming is hard unless you wear uncomfortable eye goggles, and learn that odd trick of taking timed breaths from the area of your neck and shoulder! This full face mask utterly eliminates ANY such problems, simply and completely! No water up your nose, no totally uncomfortable standard mouthpiece with foggy goggles from standard snorkels! And the quality of materials is unbelievable! The silicon mask system is two zones, so fogging never happens. This mask feels worth several hundred dollars! Best sixty bucks I ever spent! I'm swimming like a pro! Amazing! Love it! NO regrets!

Quick and fast, love the humor

Easy to put on, I'm size 13 wide, and heel strap was easy to tighten while afloat. As foot slipped further in, while swimming, it felt a little loose but easily tightened. The fins gave plenty of traction.

in your advertisement of the Lattitude 2 fins you indicated your product had soft rubber in the foot product that would reduce chafing. This is not correct. Therefore; you are misleading the public. I have used fins with much softer rubber in the past. However, I am still trying to find those that fit my size 15( shoe ) feet.

I'd outgrown a pair of fins, and needed a pair for a trip. I wanted an all rubber set such the ones I'm selling. I found a pair on sale with great reviews except that they were supposed to be too small from another store. It turns out that they weren't. I had to return those and another set that were also too large. I then saw on Snorkel Mart that they had measured their fins, so I ordered the Latitudes that were cheaper than the all rubber. Their description said that the 7-8 size fits an 8-9 1/2 shoe size. That's what I got (the All Rubber has the same size fin and shoe). The Latitude fin is a little tight on my left (size 9) foot while dry, but still almost there. The right foot (a little less than 9) is perfect--snug with no pain. The quality seems up there, and they should last awhile.

Pros: Great, humorous customer service. Quick ship. Ordered standard prescriptive lenses, good quality. Cons: As a long time snorkeler/SCUBA diver, would say the quality was a bit on the so so side. Size was a tad small, silicon wall thickness of mask was a bit thin, but hey, for those great prices, what do you expect? At the end of the day, the mask fit reasonably well, maybe not for an all day usage, but I am satisfied with the product price/value equation and love the service. Have only checked it out in a swimming pool but expect the salt water experience a month from now to be the same.

I called to see what a previous order from many (5 or 6) years ago was so I could get the proper magnification on a new mask. It was no problem, and the person with whom I spoke couldn't have been nicer or more helpful!

What a wonderful sense of humor this company has. I bought a mask from them many years ago, and when time came for a replacement I came back. I ordered glasses from a major retailer on the same day, and got the snorkel mask days earlier. The mask was easy to see with, and the convenience of the case seems worth the few extra bucks.
