Great customer service and so far the mask has been tested and seals. Haven't used it in the water yet but I am sure it will be great!

We caught these on Black Friday Sale. Good price. The fit is right. And we can pack them for a cruise. look forward to snorkeling at a beach and skipping the excursion.

The mask was shipped immediately. I ordered the Super Vue 2 and I love it. The prescription is spot on and the fit is great. I haven’t used it yet but I’m going to in a couple of weeks. Snorkel-Mart customer service is really great. I had some questions and an order change and couldn’t believe how fast and friendly they were. Really. They are that good! Thanks!!!

The people at Snorkel-Mart gave me the best customer service I've received in all my memory. Every time I called them a real person answered the phone first thing...no recordings, options or anything! They were pleasant and helpful in every way and accommodated my request for changes to the prescription mask I'd ordered. Then followed up with me. I haven't had the opportunity to use my mask yet but I love these guys!

I ordered the full face snorkel with glasses for my sister for Christmas. I ordered it the Sunday before Christmas fully expecting it to arrive after Christmas. I was fine with getting it after Christmas first because I ordered it 4 days before Christmas and secondly because she doesn’t need it until the end of February for our trip to St John. I was very pleasantly surprised to see it arrive 2 days after I ordered it. Excellent service at a good price.

We purchased a prescription mask for my husband 10 years ago. The mask only got a couple of uses over the last decade. My husband recently had cataract surgery which corrected his sight and we are going on a trip where he will need his mask. I contacted Snorkel-Mart about their lenses for life program. I was fortunate to come across Jan. She helped walk me through the replacement with the best attitude I have come across in a long time. Even though the order was 10 year ago, she helped me figure out what we needed. The replacement lens are ordered and we'll have them in time for the trip. Thanks Snorkel-Mart and Jan!

For the first time I was able to snorkel and see everything. It was the most amazing thing, like the first time you put on glasses and realize all the things you missed seeing. I used Snorkel-Mart's online tool that converts your eyeglass prescription to a snorkel mask prescription. I was a little nervous about how well the mask would work because I have severe astigmatism ... but I just got back from six days of snorkeling in Belize and I could SEE everything! I have such bad eyesight that I can't usually see anything underwater so this was amazing! The fish, turtles, moray eels, stingrays, lobsters and beautiful corals were crystal clear! Thank you!

I ordered a full face mask with a collapsible snorkel. The instructions that came with the equipment suggested that I dry test my equipment. I did, and found that the snorkel didn’t work properly. I called the company, they asked me some questions, did some diagnostics, and pronounced it defective. But they said they would send a new one. The new one came in TWO DAYS and worked perfectly! I can’t remember ever having such a pleasant experience like this! I love this company and I’m getting ready to order more snorkel equipment!

I made a purchase on their web site, asked that they call me and they did! Not only did they call me, the sales person made suggestions, changed the order and saved me money, getting me a mask that I wanted and saving me funds. The salesperson did not have to do it, but she did and I was thankful. This is uncommon in today's world, a business listens, changes and helps the customer while not trying to take advantage of them. This is a business that I'll always use. They have earned my trust and business.

We ordered our original prescription mask from Snorkel Mart in 2011. After much use - it was time to replace it, but the lenses were still good. No worries - Snorkel-Mart used our original lenses in a new mask, and turned it around in about a week. Cost less then a brand new mask. Could not be happier and looking forward to getting back in the water soon! If you need a prescription mask - USE SNORKEL-MART :)

Great help in getting the right order first time. Both my wife and I got the prescription masks - it was nice to finally see the fish clearly. Several outings done and more to come.

The prescription mask is perfect! How did I ever snorkel with just a regular mask?! It fits perfectly. The Rx is spot on. Delivery was fast. The price is amazing for such high quality.
