Best prime rib I've had maybe ever

The prime rib bone in roast is great. Got the 9 lb roast, cooked at 500 for 10 minutes then 325 convection for 130 minutes and was perfect. Great flavor, done perfectly. Carved off the bone then sliced, but bones had plenty of meat if desired. Enough for 8 people. Compared to grocery store roasts, this is much better and not much more cost.
