The smile shop was a quick and easy way to know I did everything right without having to do the impressions by myself. Staff was kind and very knowledgeable! Now to wait on my smile trays and get this party started!

A whole New SMILE!
I've had a split in my front teeth as long as I can remember! I never minded it until it started to widen and get crooked in recent years. My kids noticed I stopped "smiling" in photos, because I felt so self conscious. Now, I have a NEW Smile and use it in pictures whenever I get the chance! I love my NEW Smile!!

We went to the Towson, MD office and it was amazing…great customer service, explained perfectly and the detail of client want and needs were amazing. I would highly recommend anyone i know to visit that office. Love the box and how everything works. Very excited to see my daughters journey.

Staff were really friendly and the process was easy, I left with my free tooth whitening kit which I've started using and love! It's actually made me take more care to charge my electric toothbrush as I'm really bad for letting it run out of charge and having to use a manual, I also got a free lip balm (which I thought was a nice touch) I'm just really excited to get my aligners and get started with using them.

The place is very fancy. The people who works there are accomodating and friendly especially Taina. She help me with ny questions and concerns. She is exceptional!

There was a warm welcome
There was a warm welcome when I arrived at 3:30pm on Saturday, rather than leave me waiting the gentleman took me to a booth and explained everything really thoroughly so I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and attitude. Then a lady took me in and she was lovely and really positive and engaging and made the whole experience. The staff here are wonderful and you can tell it is a nice team.Darren Burnett

The girl was knowledgeable helpful
The girl was knowledgeable helpful and a warm personality. She explained every but was not pushy to sell me the product as I was very clear how I wanted the experience to go. She also told me about some of my teeth and what I could do about that which I thought was super helpful The atmosphere was alright but nothing special. The lady in the phone was talking to someone about a problem team member which I didn’t think was brilliant.
