I received my impression kit really quickly, it was straight forward to use, I have been informed by email when my impressions were received & have been updated as to how my prescription was going. I have spoken with people in the team to place my order & they have been extremely helpful. The whole process has been really straightforward so far, I am now really excited to receive my Aligners in a few weeks time.

I have been planning to straighten my teeth for a while, but the big names are not in a price level for me. With SmileDirect, I went to a clinic, had the 3D scan of my mouth done and got my aligners just a few weeks later. Pretty easy! The aligners are a bit tricky and uncomfortable in the first days after each switch, but it quickly settles in again and you get used to them. Fully recommend!
