Went to Knoxville store on 10/7 and Sevierville store on 10/8 wanting to look at 2 separate guns with the intention of buying one. I never did get to look at the guns and left after waiting about 20 minutes at each store. Apparently standing around and swapping stories is more important than waiting on customers. Probably won’t be back, and yes I’m a repeat customer, bought a $1300 python 2 weeks ago with no problems.

When to buy 4 boxes of amino that was marked 28. 99 and they would not let me have it for the price they had it mark they said the price was wrong that it was 58. 99 a boxes

They have a phone number, but never answer the phone slow shipping

This is the first time I have purchased from SMGA. I checked a lot of sites, and they had the best prices. I read the reviews and as with every company there were good and bad. (The scam detector website gives them a 75 out of 100. ) I decided to place an order. I also had a couple questions for them. I called customer service, left a message and they called me back the next day. They were polite, helpful and professional. I placed my order on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday I had the gun in hand. I can't speak for the bad experiences people have had, but mine was great and I will buy from them again.

Beware if ordering online. Purchased 4 boxes of 9mm Ammo and this is what they shipped it in. A padded FedEx envelope. One would think for security reasons they would actually ship it in a box. After all I paid $14.99 for it to be shipped. The boxes they get would be free. On top of that, my package was held hostage at my local FedEx hub for a week before it was delivered. When I brought all of this to the attention of "orders" at SMGA, the response I received was "sorry to hear about that." Wow, blown away by the "great" customer service and response. Definitely will reconsider future purchases here. Given their attitude, I doubt they'd care.

First time buyer with this company. Ordered 2000 rounds of ammunition for my two guns online. I just received a phone call from their customer service person saying they over sold their stock, and her manager left no notes as to how they could make it good. She is babbling these three or four times. No alternates or anything to make good on a purchase except we will refund your money in 5-10 business days. Don't think I will be patronizing this company.

Ordered two of the same product by mistake and it took multiple phone calls to resolve and receive adjustment on cc.

Overall it was a smooth transaction, however... The gun was sent with the 25 round magazine. I live in a state that only allows 10 rounds. Normally the stores replace the larger magazine with the 10 round magazine before shipping them. SMGA sent the 25 round magazine, which the local FFL can't legally give me. The FFL told me to contact SMGA, that usually dealers who accidentally send the larger magazine will exchange it for the smaller legal one. I contacted SMGA and was told I could return the order. - The WHOLE order. They wouldn't get a 10 round magazine for me. I had to order one at my cost. I won't order from SMGA again.

SMGA had the lowest price anywhere. Shipping was very fast.
