The exchange process was frustrating to say the least.

not true to size I checked the size chart before placing my order and the size chart was not correct at all I don’t have wide feet, but these shoes were extremely tight on my feet. They were also tight on my calf, even though I got the bigger size for the calf your feet will swell after wearing these and it is very uncomfortable to walk in especially for more than 20 minutes, however the leather is nice, but that’s about it.

I had to contact 2 CS representative to ascertain when I would be receiving the boots, which were "ready to ship" via the website. I purchased the boots in early October knowing they were on back order. Both reps gave me an extended time. Not the best customer service. . . . but I finally got the boots!
