Quick response times. Great to work with! Everything comes well packaged. I highly recommend!! The only issue was once when I ordered a ton of porcelain tiles, the tile colors were all mixed in almost all of the wrapped stacks. I ordered in even square foot amounts when I could. It was disappointing to have to completely unwrap everything and resort it.
