Great service, we live in Oxfordshire and usually receive our order by the next day, I’ve been a customer since 2023 and have only ever once known it on one occasion to take more than 2 days for my order to get to me. Always packaged in a strong cardboard box, easy to navigate website, customer support is always good when I’ve contacted them and it’s easy to add rewards discount bonus at checkout. Definitely recommend Small Pet Select!

My guinea pigs love the paper bedding, and a big bag lasts ages. Always dispatched really quickly when I order. Really good friendly company 😊

My piggies love this so much that it disappears in a trice. Great quality.

Lovely products, that are great quality.

I’ve very pleased with the hay - my guinea pig loves it! I’m feeding a handful of hay inside a cardboard tube which he enjoys nibbling. The hay isn’t cheap but excellent quality. It smells lovely! Also pleased with delivery by DHL. I will buy again.

Really efficient service, great quality product with a personal note attached. Thank you

Thank-you for my order which is really soft nd absorbent apart from the shavings, i keep pigeons so i use the shavings and the white paper for their perches which absorbs all the moisture from the droppings, the lavender paper i use in the nest boxes underneath the grills again super absorbent and absorbs all the moisture from the droppings, I'm very happy with my order and so are my pigeons, once again Thank-you for my order i look forward to order from you again soon

I ordered some aspen aspen bedding for my mouse, it was arrived the next day and included in the box were 4 complimentary sachets of treats. Thank you very much.

Great quality hay, arrived quickly. Lovely long stems and lots of buds, great for teeth. Lush and green.

The Piggy Starter Pack My piggies were delighted with the stated pack, they could not wait to eat the hay. They were in the box as I opened it. It arrived speedily, well packed and all items were excellent. Thank you.

Great food and good quality hay and toys for my rabbit.

Fantastic bedding for my lil hamster -really good quality and soft too. Quick postage, well packed and a few little treats too. Thank you!

Our piggies just love the Timothy hat. It keeps their teeth in good shape and they just can't get enough. Always received great service from these guys , often with a personal touch.

I’ve had the gourmet hay before and my two buns love it. This is a Christmas treat for them which they’ll jump into straight away! I’ll be ordering more next year for sure!

great hay, my rabbit loves it, fast delivery, website easy to use, lots off selection

Great selection. Loads in stock. Fast delivery. Well packaged.

Lots of bedding as said, very soft, perfect for hamster. Recommend.

My rabbits love hay from Small Pet Select. I once had a situation where it ran out, so I bought some at a different brick-and-mortar store. Unfortunately, they didn't want to eat the hay from the local store, even though the seller suggested it was the best quality. Fortunately, after two days, I received a package from Small Pet Select. Everyone was happy! :)
