Ordered a big bag of bedding and some hay treats for my hamster. They came when expected and there were some little bags of treats popped in for him to try. He loves them!! I just wish you sold small bags because the bigger bags are too much for hamsters. Would never go anywhere else though for hamster supplies.

This is Pippins first time trying Small Pet Select hay, and it's a hit, I am pleased to say! He does seem to prefer first cut to second cut, but that's fine. As always (used to buy this hay all the time, for my Perry, R. I. P. ) excellent hay, fast delivery, great rewards system.

I've been using SPS for a couple of years now and I can only offer the greatest of compliments all round. Not only is the delivery speedy, the packaging neat, the order always correct, but my bunnies absolutely adore the range of hay that I get for them. I get a yummy selection of meadow, timothy 1st and 2nd cutting, oat and gourmet. It's part of the morning routine to fill up with lovely smelling hay and add a sprinkle of gourmet hay on top (which they LOVE). Great service, we live in Oxfordshire and usually receive our order by the next day, I’ve been a customer since 2023 and have only ever once known it on one occasion to take more than 2 days for my order to get to me. Always packaged in a strong cardboard box, easy to navigate website, customer support is always good when I’ve contacted them and it’s easy to add rewards discount bonus at checkout. I’ve very pleased with the hay - my guinea pig loves it! I’m feeding a handful of hay inside a cardboard tube which he enjoys nibbling. The hay isn’t cheap but excellent quality. It smells lovely! Also pleased with delivery by DHL. I will buy again.

Thank-you for my order which is really soft nd absorbent apart from the shavings, i keep pigeons so i use the shavings and the white paper for their perches which absorbs all the moisture from the droppings, the lavender paper i use in the nest boxes underneath the grills again super absorbent and absorbs all the moisture from the droppings, I'm very happy with my order and so are my pigeons, once again Thank-you for my order i look forward to order from you again soon
