My online experience was great- I ordered some shoes that are perfect (love them!)- so colorful and whimsical! But the delivery took over two weeks and it was very difficult to get in touch with someone to find out when to expect them. I used the chat feature and would usually get a response, but not always. I used the texting feature and no response. I used the email feature and no response. I was told via chat that the warehouse was being remodeled, hence the shipping delay. I even googled "smaibulun scam" to see if maybe your company wasn't legit! I really do love the products; if I can be guaranteed a more expedient delivery, I might order again. I didn't even know you were located in Australia until they arrived. (The bottom of the website said California. )

Very pleased with the service and products. 4 stars because shipping items takes long to receive.
