Took far longer to arrive than initially promised and the airtight seal was broken when it did arrive…not a good thing for “raw” food even if it is dehydrated. Given this is crazy expensive I expect better. Will not purchase online again.

My dog likes the new lamb flavour

Food is great… unfortunately both the bags I have bought the reseal closure come off the bag and you can not close the bag for freshness. It has been very difficult to try to find another bag to put the dog food in so it stays fresh. For the price of the food I would think you should have a proper closure.

Easy to be passionate about a high quality Canadian product with awesome packaging to go with it. Due to the generous donation of smack products we were able to fill over 40 goodie bags that were handed out to our first 20 dog / 20 cat owners. The two lucky winners of the smack prize packs were extremely happy. Myself and my business partner wore Smack T Shirts during the event and were able to bring in some new DPL’s to make a first time purchase of Smack. Also at home our 12 year old German Shepherd Thor has been unwell. But he never refuses to eat his Smack in his current state. Thanks again for the generous donation of Smack and we hope we can continue to grow our in-store sells for our #1 choice for freeze dried food.
