Went from a 30 year old mattress to the sleep republic queen and am absolutely loving it. Partner does like soft so if that was an option to have half and half as a topper would definitely grab it!

We bought a queen mattress. The mattress itself offers great support for the entire body and a restful sleep. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The delivery was delayed on account of Covid restrictions in January 2021 and could have been managed better.

Bed did not arrive on time one phone call and the problem was fixed and i got a free pair of sheets . Fantastic phone service ...Within one hour the problem was found with the Shipper a replacement bed was here within 2 days. Until this buying a sleep republic mattress my only bed in a box experience has been with koala. And I felt the koala to be too firm. So was thrilled to find this mattress was softer yet perfectly supportive. Only 4 nights in but finding my quality of sleep to be great. The bed base was also super easy to assemble.

The bamboo sheets do feel fantastic HOWEVER the bottom sheet has worn very thin in one (weird) place and developed a very large tear and because they are over 12 months old, I have been left with a $200.00 pair of sheets which are useless. I don't think the 100% bamboo is very durable unfortunately.

First of all I can't believe how fast the mattress got to me. I live in South Australia. I ordered it late Sunday afternoon and received it around 1pm on the Monday. CRAZY!!. As for the mattress absolutely brilliant!!!. I have disc herniation and have to have a very good mattress. I have a friend with the same back issues and has an oppositions mattress but I read the reviews about sleep republic mattress and and thought that I would try one. These are as good as her sleeping duck at a lower price. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE BAD BACK PROBLEMS

This is a great mattress! We tried out Ecosa, and found that the foam mattress wasn't supportive enough, and my partner felt really hot. This mattress has a lot more support, the top layer is so comfortable and I haven't had any hip pain from sleeping since we bought it. Recommended :)

Customer service was great, even though the delivery company missed it’s scheduled drop off times on two occasions and delivery came 15 months later every time I was on the phone to them- (Racheal I think I spoke to) they were very polite and helping to rebook the missed delivery ( usually within the same week)

Even over a busy pre-Christmas period we received the mattress within a week. Easy purchasing via the website. Only issue was the tracking of the mattress.. there was an issue with the external delivery tracking system. I called the service centre and they advised about the issue and that they would follow up for me and provide a updated email. Unfortunately this didn’t happen but mattress turned up a few days later.

The overall experience with sleep republic has been good. The mattress is very comfy at the same time provides a good back support till now. Hopefully it keeps up to the hype and doesn’t sag for the next 5 years.
