We purchased our mattress in December 2021. I found it very comfortable but unfortunately my husband who has back issues found it too soft. We therefore went through the process of returning it. It was a very easy process. I had some follow up questions and decided to start with Live Chat. We bought the mattress and base. Very happy with them so far. The mattress seemed a bit hard on the first night but since then has been great. Comfortable and good support. No real smell when we first unpacked. I would say that the mattress is very heavy and my husband and myself struggled somewhat with getting it on the base and then positioning it correctly. Definitely happy we went with Sleep Republic.

Highly recommend this company based on customer service. The mattress arrived the next business day after ordering. Unfortunately the mattress was not the right fit for me as it was a bit soft (I discovered that I needed a super extra firm mattress). However, the returns process was very easy and there was no questions asked. Even though it wasn't right for me, I still will recommend this company to my friends, based on customer service and the quality of the materials the mattress was made of. Don't be afraid to give it a try!

After biting the bullet and purchaing mattress it was sleeping on a cloud. Had been tossing and turning on old mattress trying to get comfortable. Slept right through and woke refreshed for a change. I bought this mattress for my holiday house. I've bought many mattress over the last 10 years because of my chronic back issues. I slept on my new mattress for about 3 weeks before going back home. The difference is staggering. I can't believe how much better I sleep on my sleep republic mattress...! So much better that today I ordered the same mattress for my permanent home. Can't wait to get it delivered.

At first I thought this mattress was too soft after sleeping on firm mattresses my whole life with the idea that they were better for you but after back pain from my last mattress I thought I'd give this a try. As a side sleeper my body indents nicely into the mattress and even elevates my lower body slightly giving me a restful nights sleep after standing several hours working in hospitality. 5 stars!

They honour their commitment. We had the mattress a few weeks but it didn't suit my wife. we sought and were credited a refund with no hassles or questions.

We were fairly apprehensive about buying a matress in a box... but were so glad we did!!! This thing is phenomenal. We bought the King as were both giant people. I can't even feel when he rolls over anymore. The only indication I have of the dog jumping up and down is the jingling of his collar. One thing I will say against it was that it is extremely heavy. I almost struggle to lift the edge when changing the sheets. It's super comfy, just the right amount of firmness and very warm. Shipping was super fast! It came the very next day, even during lockdown!

Our mattress was delivered in one day which was impressive! We had a bit of a mishap opening the mattress (my partner accidentally cut through to the mattress) but the customer service team were absolutely amazing. They still honoured the 100 night guarantee, and offered to send me a replacement if I was happy with the comfort and wanted to keep the mattress! I would recommend them based on their customer service alone! But I am really happy with how comfortable it is, nice squishy pillow top, a little firmer than my last mattress but I have quickly gotten used to it and have been having the best sleep. Good quality and overall very happy with our purchase!

I recently purchased a mattress. Did so much research and finally settled on SR. Have been sleeping on a hand me down mattress for 7 years. My new mattress is amazing. So comfortable. I'm a side sleeper with permanent sore hip - the mattress is perfect for softness. Even my hip pain is easing. Thank you Sleep Republic. (I'm giving 4 stars - the only downside is the mattress is very heavy).

I can't speak highly enough of this mattress! It is sooo comfortable. It is just the right amount of firmness and softness and both my husband and I are sleeping so much better since getting it. My husband was actually sceptical about a mattress in a box at first but from the very first night he couldn't believe how comfortable it was and how much it improved his sleep! We have had it for 6 months or so now and still absolutely love it!!! If you're thinking about it, I definitely recommend!!!

The first time I slept on this mattress I hated it! After a week it was completely different and now I love it! It definitely does need time to adjust fully. Its a very good quality mattress.

I ordered my new queen mattress and two pillows a few weeks ago. Very happy as both are extremely comfortable to sleep on. The mattress expands to a really deep medium to firm quality. It would be perfect if there were handles on the side to lift when changing sheets as it is heavy- but this was mentioned in other reviews I had read so wasn’t a surprise. I was disappointed that when I started the order a window popped up to say I’d be able to choose either $100 off or a set of sheets when placing the order at the checkout... no option to do so and I missed out. I would have chosen the sheets .. :-(

I spent one month researching which mattress was best for a bad back and sleep republic continued to come on top of the lists. I was hesitant at first as had never even heard of a ‘bed in the box’ let alone bought one , but now, every morning before I get out of my fabulous new bed, I hug my mattress. It is sublime.

Ok I bought a king size SR maybe 6 months ago and was like wow amazing,heavy, delivered to my door, followed unwrapping instructions to a t a love my bed,hubby does too so then the cyclone came so sleeping on a mat on the floor for 5 weeks my new SR mattress arrived today but I had to get a base so got it in a bundle special. Get what you pay for base is not quality but serves the purpose, I would choose another base if I knew what the base was like but it works. Mattress is really good, hubby likes firm and I prefer the softer side but we both think this mattress is comfy as. Both excited to go to bed in a bed tonight.

What can I say except wow !! Absolutely love our new mattress. Super quick delivery and it’s so supportive but soft at the same time. Only been a few nights so far but already have noticed the difference with my back. Have loved the whole experience 10/10

Shipping was ridiculously fast and clean. Setup was so simple and my goodness is the selection amazing from the sleep republic website. I just wish they offer toppers as my partner is on the soft mattress end and I'm on the medium end. Otherwise best sleep in years!!
