I purchased from Sleeplay because they have competitive pricing and authentic products. The last thing I want is to ruin my apnea machine with some cheap knock off attachment. It was on time and just what I wanted

Sleeplay folks are always very helpful, unlike the large corporate respiratory group I have to deal with in my small rural community.

My experience with Sleeplay has always been good. The prices are good, processing is fast, and shipping is fast. My only “complaint“ is that I can’t modify an existing subscription to add additional types of masks, if I want to try a different size or style. For example, I had to set up a whole separate subscription to get a mask with the foam, in addition to my subscription of the silicone version. It would allow me to add accessories, but not another mask. For couples who both have a cpap, it would be more convenient to be able to add additional masks or types to the same subscription - so they get processed/paid for together and are on the same order/shipping schedule.
