I’m so happy with my lounge, and experience with James Lane from the staff member at Oxenford going out of his way to source the last one available for me, to the live tracking for deliver and the amazing delivery driver team, the whole experience was exceptional. Great price and products

Just received my mattress and wanted to review the delivery guys. They said their truck is called BLA. They delivered my mattress today with professionalism and respect. My access is very difficult with winding steps, which proved challenging, and yet they remained gentlemanly throughout the process.

I ordered online with delivery to my local store. While the product arrived safely, I think the communication around delivery could be improved. I was only told it would take around 7 days, and when that time passed with no update, I called the number provided. Unfortunately, they couldn’t give me much information. However, when I contacted the store directly, the staff member was very helpful — he explained the store’s delivery schedule and was able to track my order, which I appreciated. It was a bit surprising that the main line couldn't provide the same details.
