I've been using another of your wool comforters for many years, love it, but it's getting old. Very thick and heavy, super-warm, perfect for me. I don't remember the name but the tag says "PO #2 / NCF2-QS2. " I wanted another one at least comparable to it. The heaviest looking one on your web site seemed like it might be a match, but I needed to check on this before making the purchase. I few weeks ago I attempted to call your office but got the answering service. I asked them to ask you to call me back, subject "Product information. " I wanted to see how similar the current heaviest-looking product is to my old one. Didn't hear back, so I called in again, same experience. I never received a call back. So I took a big risk and went ahead and ordered it; you can see it in your orders history for Charles Swett. When it arrived and I unpacked it, it seemed nice but only about half as thick as the old one. Not interested in making a return. So now I use it in my bed in combination with another comforter composed of lamb's wool, and it's only this way that I get adequate warmth. That's TWO comforters together instead of one. So I'm satisfied with the situation but disappointed in that apparent communication blackout.

Very stiff, wish for a softer & more flexible blanket. Also edge stitching has come apart that I’ll have to sow so it doesn’t get worse

The mattress cover in the sheets were exceptionally made-worth the investment.

The cover is soft and beautiful. Plus the quilt is excellent at temperature regulation just as described online. I think the price is fair also. I am so glad I found this site and purchased from them. One thing is that I wish they offered a 120 x 98 sized king. I do use a duvet cover. It is cotton and does not interfere with the temperature regulation.

Fantastic blanket. Probably better during cooler weather. While not to heavy it traps in a little more heat than I want in warmer climates.

Updating my earlier review to 4 stars. The comforter is made of high quality material and excellent craftsmanship. I slept hot in it but it seems to be cooling for other hot sleepers. The company reached out and offered some options including a partial refund. Great customer service and I’d shop here again.

Customer service was phenomenal they answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. They got back to me within 1-2 days and even called to discuss via phone. The customer service rep even gave me a $50 off coupon code to be applied to my purchase which was extremely appreciated.

The comforter came relatively quickly. It is very cozy and comfortable.
