Very satisfied with this purchase. Great sound & easy to use

Hello Skullcandy, I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Skullcandy. I ordered a new Skullcandy Crusher 1080 ANC directly from your website. Unfortunately, the headphones arrived with a cosmetic defect. I actually really liked the headphones, but because I had paid for a new product, I wanted to receive one in perfect condition. I therefore returned the headphones, but I had to pay approximately €26 for the return shipping myself, even though the cosmetic defect was already present when the product arrived. I have now been waiting for an update, but my return status still shows the headphones as if I have not returned them. I have also tried contacting you through Instagram, but I have received no response. I have been unable to reach a real customer service representative to resolve this issue. I find this extremely frustrating. I paid for a new product, received one with a cosmetic defect, had to pay to return it, and now I cannot even get a clear update on my return. I would like confirmation that my return has been received, information about when my refund will be processed, and reimbursement of the €26 return shipping cost. I hope Skullcandy will take responsibility for this situation and help resolve it as soon as possible. Kind regards

The only thing that I really wish all SkullCandy products had was Tile technology on them. In the future if Tile would be put back in all units that would be great.

The bass and sound is amazing! The money is definitely forth it for the quality and sound canceling. I got these for my boyfriend for his birthday and he uses them for hours a day with his job.

I Love Skullcandy Crusher 1080 ANC, the sound details was very good, the ANC by Bose and stay aware mode was perfect. Only the crusher was not as hard as my crusher EVO. If I turned the crusher bass up to the limit, the bass was lagging and late response for the music.

They are good and fit perfectly, I only wish that they have a custom eq mode however they are still high quality for my music.

The Skullcandy crusher evo works great. Nice bass and crisp highs with custom eq multiple point Bluetooth pairing and personal sound profile that just works. Shipping was super fast and the delivery went well. Overall my sister really like these skullcandy crusher evo headphones as a gift for her.

Extremely disappointed. The ANC is almost nonexistent, the Stay aware is “meh”, no voice commands on sports earbuds is ridiculous. The only thing that made me give 2 stars is the ear hooks. Everything else is disappointing. Honestly - I regret buying those Skullcandy push anc active earbuds.
