Terrible. The quality was not good so I used my right to return in 14 days. The initial PDF file with my rights turned out to be broken. I was supposed to get an email with return instructions, that never came. The ChatBot provides links for me to get help, but those links are broken. There is no other customer support other than the ChatBot. In other words, the bad customer service is actively keeping me from using my rights. Further email attempts were unsuccessful, looking at legal options at the moment. This is not acceptable service, will never recommend this company again.

they are alright, I fins they loosen in my ear alot and I have to readjust them quite often, and since the button is so sensitive, it'll pause my music all the time, lowkey like the Dime 2 better, but such is life, over all still an amazing product and it's lowkey just a me thing, always love you Skullcandy :) <3

The bass is incredible but I would love if you guys could manage to make the sound more clear while I am listening music, because if I turn the anc on it seems very stuffed. absolute dog water my shipment of 140 euros got lost in the netherlands got delivered to some random place, I wrote about this asked for help from the delivering companie they sead to ask for a refund, I got such minimal help and it was probably from a robot. So short to say got no help and didnt get 140 euros back either, got scammed like a child on fortnite
