These guys are great to deal with. Ordered the pants originally in x-latge and they were too big for me. Returned with no charge and got the large pants. These guys are easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.

Had a problem with Ptarmigan jacket. Filed a warranty claim which was quickly processed and received replacement in 3 days/sent original jacket back no charge. This is how warranty claims should be handled! Good experience. New jacket was good.
