Attempting to return two items, received one damaged and one a size to large. Received an email over 48 hours ago stating return/exchange was under review, have not received any further communication from skre. I have attempted to contact customer service only to get a voicemail each time that they are busy with other customers. I question if anyone is even monitoring this customer service phone.
