If you are looking for a good eyeliner this is the best one I’ve come across in a long time! It’s waterproof but comes off easy when you wash your face. I’ve literally cried while wearing this and no smear. Overall I give it 5 stars!!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this eyeliner and it’s worth every penny 👍
