I have been using the black tattoo liner and mascara for years after getting a sample of the eye liner from ipsy. In between orders I have tried others that did not apply and stay as well while also being easy to remove, so i keep coming back. That being said, this last tube of mascara seems a little goopier to apply and flakier when removing, but it could just be this tube. I have never had this issue before and still love both products.
