Clearly states on delivery that need to check all items before signing for delivery. Delivery company not happy to wait. Fortunately they did because I had 4 damaged items. Pictures where taken, marked on receipt damaged. Sent pictures as requested showing damage and that was it. Three further emails asking about the damage. No reply, still no reply. Wont use them again

Ordering and delivery very good.

Still waiting for a reply. Each length has come damaged, having to have cut off the damaged wood and not been able to use full lengths. I have contacted them but still awaiting for a reply. This is over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting.
