The process of ordering is great. The product is great. The delivery is great however unfortunately the primer is not. Since they moved to a water based primer the finish is very ‘orange peel’ and requires a lot of sanding. I have raised this before but unfortunately it’s still the same.

Excellent CRM system with regular updates. When delivery date clashed with a funeral the associate was kind and quick to find a solution to ensure our day was not disrupted but delivery still worked. It goes without saying that the price is great and the product was exactly as stated.

The product it’s self is very good 1 small end a little damaged but ok otherwise. Very well packed and primed very well . My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the delivery driver just left it on my driveway didn’t get out of van to help put in garage or even speak to me ,didn’t even ring door bell the dog heard him he then just drove off
