I have had eczema and itchy skin off and on my whole life, and never really knew what caused it, or what to do to help get rid of it. Once I found the skinfriend. com site, I ordered the Eczema Detox Kit, and have learned so much from the book, and also the other resources on the website. After seeing the scientific research behind the formulations for the Skin Friend creams and supplements, it's obvious that Karen Fischer and her team are truly dedicated to helping people with eczema. The recipes are well thought out and delicious, and the creams and supplements are well-researched and effective. I'm so glad I discovered Karen's books, which led me to the site. . . it's a great resource for anyone dealing with skin issues.

I found the ordering process quite simple. It took a couple of weeks to receive the products since they are shipped from Australia and I live in the United States. That is to be expected. The products were neatly packaged and arrived without damage.

I would be lost without these 2 products… or should I say my eczema would be lost without it. It calms my eczema and helps me sleep at night and most of all helps me stop scratching while sleeping. Thank you to Karen for making these wonderful powders.
