I used to skate when I was a teenager, so I was excited when my 3 year old said the main thing he wanted for Christmas was a skateboard. Although he would have been happy with a cheap toy board from toys r us, personally I would have known it was lame since I used to skate. I’m extremely happy with this purchase! Very high quality board. Not a toy, it’s a real skateboard just smaller. One of the most impressive aspects is the bearings: they are so smooth and seem to spin forever when you test the wheels with your hand. 5 stars, perfect score! Thanks!!!!

I ordered a skateboard for my granddaughter for Christmas, but when I ordered it, I messed up the order. I FRANTICALLY called the company and Bryan changed the order for me and assured me it would be corrected. When I received the skateboard, it was beautiful!! Just what I wanted. Bryan was the best. He was so helpful and so pleasant. This is the first time we used this company to buy anything, but I can assure you, it won't be the last! I have been spreading the word about my wonderful experience. By the way, my granddaughter was more than thrilled when she opened her present.

I bought this panda skateboard with pink grip as Christmas present for my 6 year old daughter who is really into skateboarding. This is her first board of her own and she loves it! I purchased this skateboard as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old son. He decided he wanted to give skateboarding a try. I had no idea how to go about buying a skateboard, or what exactly he would need. I stumbled upon this website through a google search, and loved that everything was so simple and ready to purchase as is. I wasn’t sure on sizing because my son is larger than average for kids his age, so I emailed the company. I got a response within the same hour I sent the email (from the president himself...I thought that was very nice), and he instructed me on what to do. The board itself is beautiful! You can tell they take pride in their manufacturing, and my son absolutely LOVED it when he opened it this morning! I bought the skateboard for my 9 yr old sons birthday and he loves it. Being able to customize it made it extra special. It is a great quality skateboard and the guys at skate xs are awesome-I purchased it on Black Friday and we got a t-shirt thrown in too as well as a skate xs bracelet which my son has not taken off. It was assembled and shipped out and received in less than a week. Highly recommend this company.

I got my youngest son (5) the beginner skateboard and my oldest (7) the intermediate. They both absolutely love them. I've been skating for 20 years myself and I'm impressed with the quality. We planned on getting our interested 6 yo a board at our local skate shop for his special day, but luckily I came across a post listing best skateboards for new riders. I called 9:30 Philadelphia time trying to leave a message to see my options of getting a board by Monday, my call was answered in the 6 am hour of Cali time.
