no one answered any of my calls or emails. refusing to help me with an error in shipping a size by 3 .5 sizes. they have a default setting and sent the tiny show for a ton money and no one will reply to.

Gorgeous and comfortable heels and I also purchased the olive green backpack and love it so much! I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with a purchase before. Also a call out to the support team who were really helpful (being in Australia I had some questions and response was quick, helpful and super friendly!

I had a great experience with customer service. They were very kind to me when I'd made a mistake and ordered two pairs of the same shoe by accident. My only problems were I wasn't able to really track my order well even with paying for the insurance/tracking, and the shoes are beautiful but even with upsizing as recommended, the shoes are pretty narrow so I wasn't able to really fit them. With shoes being final sale it was a bit of a bummer, but I didn't expect them to be as small as they are. Beautiful though, and I wish it wasn't closing down.

A bucketful of SJP wishes - my daughters bought me tickets to Paza Suite in London and they saw a 63 year old woman ( me ) cry when SJP walked out onto the stage . A later life proposal later and what shoes …. A memory - of having one pair of best shoes ( 2nd or 3rd hand ) as a 10 year old that I kept in tissue paper to take out and look at from time to time …. to a thought …. what shoes would invoke such joy now - SJP to the rescue - so on my wedding day in probavlt rainy January UK I will lift my dress a fraction and gaze down at these in wonder of the journey that brought me to them. Of course they are made beautifully , so comfortable , so gorgeous - but then again who would expect anything less . Thank you for this moment .

I visited SJP on Bleaker street on my last visit to New York. I wanted to buy a special gift for myself for my 50th birthday.. The SJP experts helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and made the whole experience so special and amazing - a big thank you 💝

Shop was lovely and very busy because of the so many from the tour but the staff were incredible! Shame the store is closing down.
