I recently purchased some perfume and wrapping paper. Both items were deemed non-returnable/exchangable. I hit purchase, then realized I was charged $26 for shipping. I immediately emailed to cancel my order. I received an email 2 days later stating that because of the items non-returnable status, my order could not be cancelled. I can understand this holding true if the item had already shipped. The email I sent however, was in a matter of minutes after my purchase. Very disappointing to pay more for the shipping than for the items themselves. I love SJP, but sadly, will not order from her again.

The shoes are gorgeous. The accessories are just as beautiful. I have written to customer service a couple of times with no response about an exchange for a potentially mismarked item. I may be stuck with TWO pairs of the same (beautiful) shoes that are too small.

First and last time ordering from SJP. The color is bright neon, NOT as advertised. And it runs large for my foot. SJP is not flexible in return or exchanges.

Purchased the Rely boot in cloud. Gorgeous color. I am just over a 10 but not quite a 10.5. I went with a 41 in these and they fit so nice! My foot is slightly wider and the shoe goes on comfortably and feels nice in the toe box. I love the softness of the suede, and the ability to change the look. Very happy with these.

The shoes are absolutely stunning!! Vibrant heel colors and the black satin is gorgeous. My only complaint is that even though I purchased the same size as my other SJP shoes I own, these were too small. 😢. So now I have $300 gorgeous shoes that I can’t wear. So disappointed I can’t exchange for the right size.

I received my first pair of SJP Carrie dress pumps a couple weeks ago. I'm in love with them! ❤️ Beautifully designed & impeccably made, these pumps are on par with the Choo's, Loubi's, Valentino's & Prada's in my closet. Just ordered another Carrie and Nirvana before they're gone. Soooo sad to see this brand going away.😢👠👠
