great pricing and decent delivery time

The fabric came right away and shipping was not expensive.

Great customer service. Had a shipping question and at first was going through the chat box. Then I was able to talk to a really nice person. That means a lot to me. It was so much easier to talk to a human.

During shipping one of the thread cones unraveled. Customer Service was quick to respond and replaced the damaged cone. I am very impressed!!!!

Not quite what I thought I was ordering but still love the fabrics. Great shipping.
