Six of seven were lovely, one had a mistake in the sewing so staff is replacing it for me, after I return it. Shipping is a bit slow, took over one month to get the order delivered.

I had to wait for the release of the duvet cover, but when I purchased the cover originally through the Instagram store for Sin In Linen, it said the cover was available already. On the actual website it did say it wasn't on pre-order. After my purchase and I saw that, I reached out to customer service and they were very fast to get back to me and let me know that it was on pre-order because it was a new item and when about when it'd be released. I had the opportunity to keep the purchase or refund, but i decided to wait it out. I'm glad I did and customer service was very easy to work with an quick. :)
