Six of seven were lovely, one had a mistake in the sewing so staff is replacing it for me, after I return it. Shipping is a bit slow, took over one month to get the order delivered.

I had to wait for the release of the duvet cover, but when I purchased the cover originally through the Instagram store for Sin In Linen, it said the cover was available already. On the actual website it did say it wasn't on pre-order. After my purchase and I saw that, I reached out to customer service and they were very fast to get back to me and let me know that it was on pre-order because it was a new item and when about when it'd be released. I had the opportunity to keep the purchase or refund, but i decided to wait it out. I'm glad I did and customer service was very easy to work with an quick. :)

we bought the pillow case set recently as prior to this we purchased the king sheet set but it only comes with King pillow cases which are too big for our pillows here unsure if this is a US thing but in AUS we use standard pillows for a king bed still so it would be great if we could choose what size pillow case with the sheet set but otherwise amazing quality
