Initial purchase very fast and easy. Needed to exchange Philips Hue 40m string lights for the 20m version. Simply LED responded immediately and provided clear instructions for the return and put the 20m lights on hold for me immediately pending my return. I receive a store credit for the remaining amount which is wonderful a I know I will continue to use Simply LED's for many years to come. My previous orders with them have been equally impressive. I ordered some Philips hue globes. I was about to install them, I realised I’d ordered the wrong type. I contacted simply LEDs and told them about my mistake. Simply LEDs have called me personally, made sure that my order was correct and if I minded if they couriered it directly to me that night! I needed some additional items, and so the staff immediately organised what I needed and sent it all in the one delivery to my front door! You would be hard pressed to get better service than that. Also during the phone call, I was also advised that my purchases would be discounted from normal retail price! Highly recommend this company for all your smart lighting needs.
