PLEASE, PLEASE Make Your Incredible Sandals Again!!!
I bought my Simple dark brown leather sandals around 2005ish. I have loved and worn them literally all summer long, each summer for 20+ years. This evening one of the backstraps broke and I am heartbroken! I see that you don’t make sandals any longer! Oh no!!! What can I do to convince you to make them again? Please reach out to me and I will send you a photo of them. PLEASE HELP! I love them so much!

Worst Customer Service experience
I was gifted with a pair of the OS Suede Navy over Christmas. The shoes looked great! When I went to try them on the left foot shoe arc felt weird (like the in-shoe sole was uneven / not properly installed -- it felt very uncomfortable). So, I decided to give it a chance and wear these shoes for a day to see if this problem was going to fix itself with a little wear. It didn't, so I called customer service to let them know what I was experiencing, and I was asked where the shoes were purchased from. When I told them that the person who purchased them for me bought them via Amazon Prime, she told me that she couldn't exchange them for me. They only way I could exchange them was if they were purchased directly from Simple shoes. I was in utter disbelief! That was the only option she offered on a bad pair of brand new shoes. Since I couldn't exchange them, I thought of donating them but didn't want anybody to deal with the same thing so I tossed them in the ricycle bin. Eric Meyer, I suggest you train your customer service team better; and on a defective pair of brand new shoes you should provide an exchange option or full refund regardless of where the shoes were purchased. After all, ALL your competitors do!

Core Memory!!!
I was having a talk with my gf when she unlocked a core memory about shoes. I remembered the fisrt pair I bought at 15 with my own money. Simple shoes! I looked them up and was amazed they were still around. I bought the same pair that I did back then in the 90’s. I’ve struggled with shoes since being an adult with my feet hurting but no more! My feet haven’t hurt since I bought them and I work 12+ hr days! I don’t take them off! Best and always will be the best shoes I’ve ever bought. I’ve already calculated how much it’s gonna cost me to get one in almost every color. Red isn’t for me. 😆 Seriously if you’re undecided don’t be! I’m the happiest with them. Plus I also get a lot of compliments on them!!!

"Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us" - Bad Customer Care- Or better Yet Lack of Care!
I have been using Simple OS Sneakers for decades. . . the quality seems to be less then it was in the begining, with issues on the leather ripping out quite quickly compared to the originals. But my real issue is simply the business practices, to the Promotions and Discount Marketing. Most receintly the Black Friday Special was 25% OFF and yet days later the Non-Black Friday Discount jumped up to 30%. Sadly I ordered at the 25%off, and before my order was even delivered the discount increased-But to my amazement, Simple would not make any adjustment to the pricing: ". Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to combine promotions or adjust prices for past orders. The Black Friday sale you participated in was a special offer, and our current promotions cannot be applied retroactively. " This is Bad Business, Bad Policy and simply does not fit with the Illustion of the Simple Company. The issue is not the money, it is the crude busienss proctice and will casue me to Walk! So Sad, this use to be a great company anf fun company-Myabe they were bought by China as so many other compaies. . . Its Not Combine Promotions, its honoring your Pricing !

Horribly Ran Company
Email says 125$ orders get free shipping and they don't. Shoes aren't as good as they were before. Made an order for Black Friday and got 25% off and four hours later they run a new email for 30% off and won't honor it. They lost a long time customer and I've been one since the inception of the company. I won't be referring anyone to this company ever again.

Not the same shoe as 8 yrs ago 3 stars at best
Bought a pair of clogs about 8 yrs ago and they molded nicely to my foot over a month. They were nicely tight enough to run in if needed. Luved em bullet proof. This pair i bought 6 weeks ago are not the same material. They stretched out so much I tripped and lost a shoe walking a rock based drive way. These are no longer my go to walking shoe. IF i needed to chase my dog Id loose a shoe. Very disappointed. no longer my walking shoe. I'll only use these as slippers for fear of falling off in anything but straight flat walking. WAS looking at a second pair for summer but no way now. Back to crocs for me. I listened to the company say they will mold to the feet over time and I lost. disappointed at best. I would return them but too late now.
