Je n'ai rien a dire de négatif sur Simons, mais la livraison avec Intelcom réduit vraiment l'attrait à commander en ligne. Mon colis a été livré dans un centre de personnes âgées au 905 boul des Laurentides St-Antoine, quand il aurait dû être livré au 1950 boul Curé-Labelle St-Jerôme. La résidence m'a contactée et je suis allée récupérer mon paquet. Normalement, quand on pense à la marque Simons pour moi ça signifie "qualité" et en sous-traitant avec une compagnie de livraison cheap labor ça nuis à l'expérience client.
