I’ve purchased many items online from Simons from clothes to household items. I have it shipped free to the store and go to customer service to pick up my items. If I need to try on clothes I do so in their spacious fitting rooms. Their staff at the customer service desk have always been helpful and friendly.

Love the app. Makes shopping very easy. I use the filters to find what I’m hoping to find. The Sale tab is my favourite.

Ever since I found Simons online, I have been an enthusiastic shopper here. I love finding styles that are different from any other store. Recently, the international online shopping has been offering the same styles and fabrics making all the offers the same no matter what the price is. This is boring. Simons continues to design beautiful clothing or offer non Simons designs worthy of being on Simons online store. At Simons I can buy clothing that is designed properly. At Simons, I can find outfits that look great on me and are properly designed with a little bit more flare so that I can stand out from the crowd. Thank you Simons for the vast variety of great items. I really appreciate being able to buy such great choices from a Canadian company. My husband loves to shop at Simons as well. The first time we shopped in person at a Simons store, I had trouble recognizing my husband. Why? Because as I saw him riding the escalator down to the main floor, he was looking fabulous in a totally new outfit wearing a big smile. Thanks for the easy returns. To make online shopping work better, please add inseam measurements for shorts and pants. My inseam is 29" so I am niether a petite nor a regular. Also the measurement from shoulder to hem for tops and dresses would cut down on returns. Also the measurement from shoulder to cuff for tops and outerwear. For one piece swimsuits and jumpsuits the measurement from shoulder to crotch would be great. I usually have to read garment reviews to see if someone thinks the crotch is too short or too long. If it's too short, I don't bother buying and a review says the crotch is too long, I buy it. Women are either short waisted or long waisted. I am long waisted. So more measurements would be very helpful and also educate people on how to predict the fit of a garment for themselves.
