Terri has been wonderful helping me navigate through why my order wasn't processing. I use my HSA card every month but for some reason this month I was having ordering issues. Turns out it was TruMed, even though I was already approved with them I had to reach out to them & they weren't that helpful however they must have removed the block because I was able to order again. Thank you Silver Fern for helping me with my digestion & for having an amazing customer service team!!

I have an account other than a subscription account. The non subscription account does not work for more than 24 hours and requires reset after 24 hours. This is supposidly not the case for a subscription account. This information is not made transparent on the website and is difficult to extract this bit of useful information from the call back representative.

I have been using Silver Fern Brand for some time now. I take the digestive /cleanse /and Gi relief. Silver Fern has helped me from going on prescription drugs and I am so grateful. And the customer service is above and beyond. Thank you Silver Fern. ☺️♥️

New purchase, so I have not tried the products yet. Each product on the website has a great explanation and tells you exactly what it's for. It made it easy to decide which product I wanted.

I had alot of questions about their products and they answered everyone of them and they choose the ones I needed!

So far very pleased with this company, I ordered nano proxy spay 2x, I ordered stress today, I reached about another product which would be best for me, I answered some questions & waiting for response, they seem to be a cool company, ty

I appreciate that Phil & gang explain the products and how they work for your particular issue. I am a repeat customer because they work. I was on a GLP-1 and my digestion slowed down to a crawl. Always bloated and full even after going off. The Motility product works great.
