I received a call from a company representative who was nice, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and gave me personal recommendations based on my concerns for myself and also for my husband. . She did not try to oversell me and I really appreciated that! I also received a follow up email with detailed recommendations that we discussed along with the reasons and science supporting the recommendation. I had also emailed a question and got a response from that. I have not received the products yet, and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they work great. But. . . . . I am truthfully very impressed with this high level of research, and in addition, I appreciate the videos, the research, the 3rd party testing and the company's willingness to listen and help each customer!!! I have been using the Hair Complex for about a month now. I really haven’t expected any proof that my hair is responding yet, but lo and behold, I noticed some beautiful new silver hairs peeking through my hair around my hairline. I am very excited about this outcome and can’t wait to see how things progress! I have tried multiple hair products and pills for my hair loss. Some have worked, but not as well as I had hoped.
