As someone who cannot fall asleep without some sort of sleep aid I was hoping that this would work for me but sadly I am reporting that after taking the whole bottle as directed it did not work.

I have only been taking this supplement for 3 weeks, and I feel it has been the silver bullet in my entire protocol. I have addressed hair issues which began after a very stressful time in my life 3 years ago, exacerbated by GI issues and mold exposure (they all synched up in a way that made me lose half of my hair volume in a gradual way). I addressed all of the nutrient needs through functional lab testing and targeted supplements, while also investing in very expensive serums and a very popularly advertised peptide supplement, to no true avail. My iron started low, and so I began taking iron bisglycinate in early 2025, but even with supplementation, my ferritin barely moved. It wasn't in the gutter, it was around 45/50, but the highest it ever got was 68. I finally am seeing it above 70 since starting this supplement! And significantly less shedding, particularly less shedding of short hairs, which would always make me spiral with concern. I honestly feel the difference and my blood markers confirm it. I can't wait to see what 6 months+ brings. Thank you, Silver Fern, for making a superior quality supplement!! I have only purchased a few items from Silver Fern, but the ones I have tried, truly do work. Motility capsules and Sensitive Gut Fiber have been working for me. and I recently purchased the Nano Cream, and I'm really liking the results of that product. First time I’m in need of the products I just ordered , ( recomended on an email ) I did not order the powder because it was flavored and had stevia and I like the natural bitterness and flavors.
