I inadvertantly had two subscriptions and CS straightened it out quickly and graciously.

Adds are short and to the point. I really like the guy doing the add. He seems down to earth and makes it quick and easy to figure out what you need but most importantly gives me hope that this product could help me find my way back to normal gut health.

I created an error on accident and SILVER FERN not only helped me but I did not have to beg, plead or bust into tears. We hear the words “this is not the experience we wanted for you” while not even trying to help, has become so common that I have to mentally prepare to be ready to actually lose money, before I call for issues they created or a product completely different then advertised. SILVER FERN is telling me, right off the bat that my order was appreciated and my loyalty, in the future, will be appreciated!

After using Motility for the past month my issues with constipation have improved. I am still dealing with other minor issues with my stomach but with the assistance of the attentive service techs they are providing me more insight and suggestions to taking what will address them. You never feel alone by this. Good work guys.

So far I can tell this is helping my nails a lot. That being said I know it has to be helping my hair too. I recently also ordered the Motility and Fiber. However, I ordered it from Amazon, because I did not want repeat orders until I know it will work for me.

I'm glad you were able to change the shipment content before preparing to send it. I wish I received a response to the email I sent to customer service before I was able to successfully use the website to change the content of the current shipment.
