I like the company in general. I found the Journaling company who I was at one of my lowest mental health points and slowly over the years with Journaling off and on I have come to get myself in a better position mentally which has trickled into other parts of my existence. The format the journal has had has given me a way to recognize the patterns I would fall into when depression would kick in and help me recognize what I was doing to get myself out of it. I really appreciate the existence of this journal and the positivity it helped me exist. Much appreciated for making the journal!

This has been such a life game changer for me. It has helped me to make time for myself every day. For a person who is never consistent, this is something I have done consistently for 15 months and will for as long as silk and sonder continues the paper copy as I am a pen and paper kinda lady.

Great planner! Set up contains many features and plenty of space for notes & quotes! Already using it quite a bit and plan to continue.

The classes for how to use the planner are good. The daily affirmations and discussions are also thought provoking. I think it is worth the time and money.
