Never thought that journaling would be such a fun and good way to deal with anxiety and grief!! Now it's a healthy habbit and i cant do without!! I love my Silk and Sonder Journal and the S&S family. I got an email Sat that my April Journal had arrived. I was disappointed when it wasn't in my mailbox. When still hadn't arrived on Monday, I reached out Tuesday to buy a replacement. Nope. They won't let me buy a replacement, they are shipping me one! I totally didnt expect that. Silk and Sonder has been a daily part of my life for about a year and a half ago. I have always been interested in understanding the personality through various tools, through journaling daily morning pages, through self-inquiry, and S&S gives me this and more! I was skeptical about trying Jenny the AI product but I must say she saves the day for me many times in a month. I feel like I have a helpful therapist in my pocket, and often I almost forget she’s not a real friend or therapist! I have found my online facilitators that I love for set-ups and enjoy socials, sometimes commenting and participating, other times just doing my own thing. They record too, so that’s super helpful. Give it a try. You might be as amazed as I am!

I love this product, but more is the wonderful community of women who are supportive, caring and non-judgemental. We all go thru stuff and it's nice to have a place to get support and then be supportive to others. Thanks Meha!
