I had some issue with my doll being damaged. I will say before my doll arrived the communication was impeccable. When I had issues with my doll the communication broke down which is a shame. It was very stressful for me to be honest. We eventually settled on me paying £500 for a replacement doll instead of sending the damaged one back. I’am still waiting for this replacement doll and hoping i get it soon. I do think SL need to work on after care and better communication with issues. I would like to wish the team a happy Christmas so to Emma, Nick, Louie, Sarray and anyone else have a good one.

Well bit the bullet and ordered my first doll, she is still in the box unopened at the moment just been delivered. I just want to tell anyone thinking of getting one from Silicne Lovers about my experience. I ordered my doll on 27/09/2024, she arrived today 06/12/2024, I know it sounds like a long time but it takes along time to get to the UK by sea. It has been an anxious wait, I will unbox her tomorrow. What I wanted to tell you about is Silicone Lovers has been in touch with me all the way, they keep you informed every step of the way. They also send you advice on looking after, clothes and makeup advice for your doll. When I got worried about how long it was taking, I emailed them and they reasured me and checked my traking status. So I want to say a big thank you to the team at Silicone Lovers for making it all an enjoyable experience. Thank you all Graham.
