I can’t say enough about how awesome the team at Silicone Lovers are with helping me purchase my first doll and then with the addition of a new head. They are a great pleasure to work with.

The waiting time for the doll to arrive was very long but it was worth it. Even the assistance for customs duties and the various problems that followed was still valid from the Silicon Lovers service.

I didn't need a lot of support, but reply came fast. Questions were answered immediately. Everything absolutely ok ! Shipping took around 50 days and UPS didn't update reliably status and didn't announce arrival. Better check regularly. . . . The doll was in perfect condition by the way :)

Great communication Packaging was professional Customer service was manageable but needs to improve AI questions. The doll itself has some good and bad things about it. First, TPE is rigid to prevent damage. One wrong move on the doll, then you have to repair the doll. TPE dolls are not as soft, in my opinion, compared to silicone dolls. Giggle butt's are a must require compared to standard. You must clean the doll by hand-washing it or using a tub of warm water. Not hot. It will remove the skin from hot water. That is a no-go! There needs to be more tutorials on dolls lifespan including wigs. I will have a full video review of this doll to inform other buyers on this product and website. Thank you it still is an amazing doll. SE dolls look realistic and great product for the price. Some big and small flaws but overview worth the budget.
