Silicone Lovers is always great to work with. I bought my first doll last year from them and LUNA is still in her place in my bed. I have bought quite a few more over the year and all of the reps are really tremendous in their helpfulness, knowledge, and efficiency. Their humor is good fun too!

I ordered a WM172B in tan to replace a WM tan body. When I saw the factory pictures she looked quite pale and I voiced my concerns, to be assured the doll was tan, it was just factory lighting. So I gave the go ahead. When the doll arrives it is definitely paler than I wanted. Apparently WM shifted their colour palette so tan is now where light tan used to be and my heads don't match my body. Apparently I should have told them why I wanted my doll in a particular colour, not rely on getting what I ordered.

I switched to a WM doll after finding I'm allergic to the Starpery. Milly from WM with removable legs was a great choice for me, it helps remove some of the weight and she still looks great when assembled. Silicone lovers are a great company who work very hard to ensure they give customers the support we need. There have been a couple of mistakes but they are always quick to identify and resolve issues before dispatch. I know have an obsession with buying heads and will be returning to silicone lovers

My 2 dolls came on time by FEDEX , I would use them . Takes about 5 weeks to get my doll. That's o. k. I know starpery does a great job. I will get another doll next year I hope!
