It's been great!

Very friendly people and shipping was very good didn’t take long and packaged very well. They were right about needing lots of the adhesive patches for the relief patches though. Could not get mine to stay where I put them and had to add regular tape to keep in place.

It would not stay on my arm. Directions incomplete.

I purchased one Signal Relief patch as well as one of the competitor's. The Signal Relief patch works much better than the other. I sent the competitor's patch back and ordered a 5 pack of Signal Relief. I have spinal stenosis and the Signal Relief patch dulls the pain to a point where I don't notice it most of the day.

Got it fairly quick, have been wearing it daily and can tell a difference in my arthritis pain.

Everything went fine slipped in good time

Ashesive strip rolls at edges. Fear that it will fall off into the toliet if not careful.

Does not work for my knee pain

I really wanted this product to work. I put the instructions exactly as it was sent ward for 72 straight hours and then on and off for another week and it did absolutely nothing to my knee pain. I put the item back in the box and I’ve considered asking for a refund.

Fast, friendly service

Received the patch quickly and the only downside is I wish there were more adhesives with the patch. I have to order more and they’re rather pricey.

I bought it because of the amputee who said it worked for him. I tried it and it did not work. I’m having knee surgery in two weeks and the other one going in the same direction. I was looking for something that would help me NOT to have surgery in both knees. Alas, not the case. Needless to say, I’m very disappointed.
