They won’t respond to get a refund started

The signal relief company and its employees/people as a whole have been incredibly informant. Quick to answer and extremely professional and nice. I am extremely satisfied with this company.

Unfortunately Signal Relief doesn't respond to email inquiries. I have not tried calling their support people though. I've had more pain relief from your Signal Relief back patches than the Signal Step.

I tried the new shoe inserts and I noticed no difference. My wife will try them now to see if she has any better luck. All the patches we have used work great.

Delivery of ordered product was slow,and hard to know when it would be delivered. We have so much porch theft that we want to be home when product delivered.

The pain relief has been disappointing to me. I was expecting more from the product.

It works, not sure how long it last.

You have to reposition the patch to find the "sweet" spot, but if you do, it works to greatly lessen the pain. . . and even NO pain!!
