A month ago I received a new antenna for the office cell based phone only to discover that they had changed connectors so I could not connect the antenna to the old cable to the cell phone modem. I talked with a representative and wound up ordering a new cable. It arrived and had an incorrect connector for the modem, so I contacted them again and we determined an adapter to connect the new antenna to the old cable and they gave me a return authorization for the new cable ( which cost $8.75 to return a $12 cable). They sent the adapter via US Mail. It wound up getting stuck in the Detroit mail facility since June 27. I again contacted them and they sent me a replacement adapter via UPS. It arrived today only to discover that the adapter poked a hole in the package and was lost in transit.

I called your office and ended up talking to a gentleman. After explaining what Wilson equipment was installed in my house and that I wanted service in my attached barn he told me what I needed. When it arrived I installed it and now have perfect service in my barn. I'm also electronically challenged. Great service and equipment.
I am in an area in my RV with a lot of trees which blocked any signal from nearby towers. I purchased the 4G Omni Plus and I now have full streaming caability.
Changed out a directional antenna for this Omni, based on the advice from the technical rep after viewing the actual version cell map. Yippy
There is no Verizon cell tower anywhere near me. I was getting 1 to no bars in my home. With the cell booster I get 3 to four bars all the time.
We mounted this antenna to a 20' pole attached to a metal building & ran the cable inside to our WeBoost Cell Booster. The combination is working well.
I contacted Wilson Amplifiers on Thursday, 8 April to check status on delivery for order #288247 placed on 31 March. I was advised that you did not have ample supply in stock at that the order had to be dropped shipped to another location. I requested to receive a shipping tracking number which I still have yet to received. I received this survey asking about my purchase. What I really would like is a tracking number and information on the 10 cables purchase to be delivery to be shipped to Thomas Moore of Air Products and Chemicals, INC.
