We actually just got her booster completely installed yesterday. It was a little more of a process than we originally expected but my husband was persistent and got everything installed all the parts he needed were complete with the package. It was more issues with our office building that took a little longer. As soon as everything was powered up we went from one bar on our cell phones to full bars. We have been having issues with cell reception in our town and we’re very hopeful that this is going to make a big difference. So far so good!!

Works great out in the middle of nowhere.

I have had my high boots product now for almost 4 months. It came very quickly in the mail and with everything I needed for a simple installation. I would highly recommend this product as it is made a huge difference in our cellular reception throughout our entire home. We Live in Central Ontario north of Hepworth. It is not a well service area as we are in a valley. By attaching the hiboost system to my existing TV tower I was able to quadruple the cellular reception inside the house. The app has work will, other than that I've had to sign in often as it seems to forget that I'm logged in. It may seem like a large investment but the quality of the hi boost product is there and well worth the money.

The mast is made of aluminum and collapses to as manageable height while extending to 25 feet, the base and mounts are plastic and the mounts use double faced tape, I recommend screws for added strength, the wind rating is low, only 35MPH and the mast should be lowered or it may bend. Some photos show chrome rings and others black, My mast had black. I would not leave it up in a storm or high winds but I use my hast for HAM radio, for field days it is perfect!

Just what we needed for our cabin project

I have a small home cell phone booster, which has worked great. Fter upgrading from Iphone 7 to Iphone 12 cell phone reception has declined. With help from Wilson and cellmapper.net, I tried the Omni instead of the panel antennae that came with the kit. The thought was that the Omni might pick up signals from multiple verizon towers based on the signal map. I am in the san Juan Islands near water and mountains. The panel antennae worked a bit better. I think something is wrong with hone 12 because reception fades in and out. I have contacted verizon multiple times. Weather also impCts signal.
