Awful. I ordered my sight November 19th and I’m still waiting for it to be shipped to me. The only saving grace from this being 1 star is your customer service has answer relatively quickly when I ask where the heck my sight is!

Ordering was simple. Shipping updates were timely. My order arrived as expected.

When inserting the boresight, say the laser dot is at 2 o’clock about 40 mom from center. Each subsequent time the bore site is removed and reinstalled, the laser dot moves to any clock position you can think of, 5, 7, 11 o’clock. Some piece of foreign object is partially covering the laser so any rotation of the foresight alters the laser spot location. I imagine it will get me on paper but I expected much better sighting accuracy.

It took six phone calls over a week before someone answered the phone. The gentleman that finally took the call was polite, very helpful, and answered all my questions. Just wish I had got to talk to him a week earlier. The store is easy to use and delivery was quick.

Sightmark did great on shipping the item quick. Item was quality and couldn’t be happier with it. FedEx was contracted to ship it. It sat 1 hour away from my house for days. Sightmark would get 5 stars. FedEx would get -5 stars- they suck
