It took six phone calls over a week before someone answered the phone. The gentleman that finally took the call was polite, very helpful, and answered all my questions. Just wish I had got to talk to him a week earlier. The store is easy to use and delivery was quick.

Sightmark did great on shipping the item quick. Item was quality and couldn’t be happier with it. FedEx was contracted to ship it. It sat 1 hour away from my house for days. Sightmark would get 5 stars. FedEx would get -5 stars- they suck

I’d like to give it a 2. 5 because when I go to use the 12 gauge bore sight the laser doesn’t work very well. It’s about a week old and the laser is dim and doesn’t show up on paper even at 50 yards. The description says it’ll go out to 100 yards but won’t reach 50

My 5. 56 sight mark worked perfect. My 12 gauge sight mark worked terribly and would keep going in and out of laser and lose it once I shucked it into chamber. Don’t think battery’s were making good connection

I haven’t had a chance to use it yet.

The laser itself is good. And if you’re “site” ing in a 9mil pistol (Glock), everything is good. It’s just not accurate for other calibers as the magnet easily slides from center on just about every other caliber used. Unfortunately this doesn’t do me any good.

Mostly good. I wish you would stock the batteries for these instead of us having to chase them down.
