I’ve been using this product for over a year and I love it! I wasn’t convinced by how much hold I would have as a cream (versus a gel) but it does a spectacular job holding my curls together while keeping them soft!

Companies that understand how important it is NOT to use products like phenoxyethanol should be commended and patronized. That said, your use of add-ons like Route and Skip the Line are distasteful and tarnish your customer experience — especially considering your higher product price points. Other small, clean ingredients brands keep it simple, clear, and efficient for customers in assuring that a high level of efficiency as well as delivery security is included with and inherent in the cost of every purchase.

I love Sienna Naturals products. Since using them my hair is growing, breaking less, shining, and less frizzy. The wait in shipping was about two weeks so you need to plan ahead when ordering, but definitely worth the wait.

Loved the product at first but over time it started to feel cakey like we needed to clarify our hair. I think it would work better for more coarse and coily hair.

I read quite a bit about Sienna Naturals and was excited about trying it out on my search for a new shampoo and conditioner set that could help keep my hair healthy and is also, a natural option. When using the shampoo, I need to either use a bunch the first time around or come back around and shampoo again because a dime size or even a quarter size is not enough to wash through all of my hair. My hair is thick but only a little longer than shoulder length, nothing too crazy. To be using so much shampoo at that cost when it won’t last long now makes this incredibly expensive. The smell is also not what I was expecting. Not quite the smell of a salon but definitely a bit “chemically” for a natural shampoo. I won’t be ordering this again and have found a better product elsewhere. Just disappointed in the results with this product.
